Vice-principal’s Message
My dear students,
I am very pleased and honored to welcome you all to the academic year 2013-14. I thank God that once again I see your pretty, smiling faces. We miss those friends who have left us, wishing them success in their future studies, personal life, and professional career wherever they are.
Also, I would like to welcome our newcomers and tell them that from now on they are members of the TIS family. I hope we can overcome the challenges ahead hand in hand all along with the help of the school administration, faculty, staff, and, last but not least, our determined and focused students!
To parents:
It has become a well-known fact by now that, because of the many changes (physiological, psychological, and spiritual) your daughters are going through at this particular period in their life, they may experience paradoxical feelings, and, therefore, show reactions which would catch you off guard. It is our duty as adults, then, to help them pass this stage with relative ease and success.
Our duty as the TIS’ administrative and educational staff is to make the school an enjoyable, friendly, and safe environment where their talents can flourish, teaching them how to respect the rules of our own small society as they are at the same learning about different academic subjects. But I do personally believe that you, as parents and our friends, are the ones who give the staff, through your co-operation and careful supervision of your daughters at home, the energy and perseverance to carry out our duties as best as we can.
At the end I must say that all the faculty and staff at the TIS wish you well in your future careers and hope you always draw on the experiences you learnt whilst you were studying at our school.
Nasrin Chitsaz,
TIS Middle School Vice-principal
