Meditation and gratitude practice at morning assembly, arranged by counseling team for middle and high schoolers, on Tuesday 1st of October. Paniz Zakkeri and Melika Maddahi in grade 11 played a fundamental role in interacting with the students as they were given about 5 minutes to become mindful of the environment around them. Consequently,  they were challenged by attempting to say one thing they’re grateful for.
