Raising Awareness on Sleep Health: A Special Session with Dr. Yarahmadi On February 22nd, our school had the privilege of hosting Dr. Yarahmadi, a renowned sleep specialist, for an insightful presentation on sleep disorders and effective sleep schedule adjustments for middle school students. The event aimed to emphasize the importance of sleep for adolescents and offer practical strategies to improve sleep habits. Students and staff actively participated by asking questions, sharing experiences, and engaging in discussions with Dr. Yarahmadi. This interactive session fostered a deeper understanding of sleep’s impact on overall well-being and encouraged attendees to adopt healthier sleep practices. Dr. Yarahmadi’s presentation proved to be an invaluable experience for our middle school community, equipping students and staff with effective strategies to enhance their sleep quality. We are grateful for his time and expertise and look forward to future collaborations to further promote student well-being.
