First Teachers’ Council Meeting
The Teachers’ Council is the heart of every school, playing an important role in improvement, development, and creating a sense of belonging among staff. The first council meeting was held on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, with the participation of the School Principal, Vice-Principals, and teachers. The meeting opened with a speech by the Principal, who stressed the importance of building positive and constructive relationships between teachers and students, and the role of teachers as role models. She also highlighted the need to use modern tools, especially artificial intelligence, in teaching.
The session continued with discussions on the importance of national education programs, including the Shamim Plan, Learning Communities, the Hami Plan, and the Boom Program. School rules and expectations were reviewed, with emphasis on the need for all staff to follow them carefully. At the end of the meeting, a vote was held to select the Teachers’ Representative.
