Resilient Schools Conference On Sunday, January 27, 2025, the Resilient Schools Conference was hosted by TIAS with the presence of the Director General of Education of Tehran, the Head of Education for District 2, and the Deputy for Elementary Education. The event began with a presentation by Dr. Afzali, a university professor, who shared insights on resilience and its implementation in education. Following this, Ms. Daei, the principal of the host school, welcomed the guests and introduced the institution. Mr. Hassan Farazandeh Khaledi, Head of Education for District 2, extended his condolences on the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Musa Kazim (AS) and greeted the attendees. Addressing the school principals, Mr. Alireza Karimian, Director General of Education of Tehran, emphasized the importance of resilience, stating: “Resilience is a skill that can be learned and developed. We must practice it, internalize it, and, as educators, pass it on to others. Both families and schools must embrace resilience and instill it in children and students.” The conference concluded with the unveiling of the Resilient Schools poster. During the conference, the Director General of Education of Tehran and his delegation toured the student exhibition and various sections of the school.
